Shipping
For all ground deliveries we ship via US Priority which normally takes 2-3 business days to arrive. If you are shipping to a PO Box, we always ship US Priority. We can ship UPS, so if you have a physical address for shipment and that is preferable, please give us instructions in an email at time of order. The rates for photographic prints are different than other items. These rates are listed on the page with the prints. The rates for shipping and handling of all items are as follows:

Orders are shipped as soon as possible from the date of placing the order. Upon occasion an order will be held up for up two weeks if the item is out of stock. Photographic prints always take a week to ten days sometimes longer for special prints. International shipping is expensive and the actual shipping costs are charged. You will be e-mailed to confirm the actual costs being charged.

Returns
If, for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has not lived up to your expectations, please return it for a prompt refund minus shipping fees. Please include the packing slip that you received with your shipment, and indicate the reason for the return, and the action you'd like us to take. We will promptly refund, replace, or exchange any item. Return the package in its original packaging and securely wrapped, insured and postage-paid to:

UPS is the preferred carrier for sending back returns because they are able to track the package for you. They will automatically insure the package up to $100, if your purchase is more than that, you should consider insurance. Go to the Yahoo yellow pages and enter the search words 'mailing and shipping services' to access UPS authorized shipping agents in your neighborhood.

Security:
Ordering from our site is as secure as ordering via a catalog or using your credit card at your favorite restaurant. The media has played a large role in accelerating the myth that online shopping subverts your personal information any more than shopping anywhere else. If you shop from trusted merchants with an established brand, your online experience should be worry free.

Consumer protection laws protect you against any unauthorized use of your credit card. Federal law dictates that your legal liability is limited to $50 if your credit card number is used without your permission. If you suspect any illegal use of your card, call your issuing bank immediately to make sure your rights are protected.

Whether you shop with Wild Hearts Mercantile online or use our free postcard service, we're committed to your personal security and privacy. Any information we collect at wildheartsranch.com is used for the express purpose of making your future visits more worthwhile. We do not rent or sell your information with any other parties. In the interest of improving our services to you we use a service provider to gather and analyze information about our visitors. Its only role is to help us conduct business and deliver the most relevant products and services. In order for us to keep track of items that you place in your shopping cart, we do collect your IP address so that we can associate you with the items you are ordering. If we did not collect your IP address, you could only order one item at a time. If you have given us your email address online, we will occasionally send you emails letting you know when something happens that would interest you. You might receive one or two emails a year advising you of any special promotions, or site updates and enhancements. You can always take yourself off of our email list by sending an e-mail request.
