All images on this site and all the images in my book may be purchased. I offer several types of prints. Preservation prints are created using special papers and chemicals for longevity. Traditional Silver Gelatin prints are printed on fiber-based paper rather than a plastic -based paper which is what most all commercial papers are these days. They are hand printed and washed to archival standards. Silver gelatin prints are collectors' prints.

I also offer new digital prints called Piezotypes or Giclees. Piezotypes are also archival, printed digitally on fine art papers like Concorde Rag, Liege, Somerset, Waterford, and Arches Platine. These have an exquisite warmth with a glow from the fine art paper textures. I recommend these prints if you are looking for an economical alternative to collectors' prints and want something that is a fine art print and not mass produced like regular posters.

"HorseSpirit" is my most popular image. It was shot in Marin County just across the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. The trails there wind around above the Muir Woods National Mounument. This was on a mid-summer's day at the end of a particularly magical ride out to Stinson Beach. -Marcelina Martin

I encourage you to buy art from individual artists and NOT corporations. There are thousands of women artists on the Internet,in local galleries, studios, stores, and crafts fairs. Grace your homes with a woman's love.
